Airport pick-up/transportation

Once you have decided to come to any of our hospitals, all you need to do is to confirm your arrival by sending us the details about your date of arrival, time of arrival, flight Number and name of the airline. On arrival, you will be received at the airport by our representative, and taken directly to a hotel or hospital as per the admission plan. Once in hospital you will be directly taken to the room allotted to you. We can even send the ambulance for pick up, on prior request. Accommodation

With a view to provide world class facilities to our International Patients we have Deluxe Inpatient Rooms with a luxurious ambience, satellite TV, computer with internet facility, room service, laundry service etc. We also provide assistance in arranging accommodation post hospital discharge, for you and your companion.

Direct admission arrangement

We can enable direct admission for our International Patients. Your admission will be done in your room itself. You need not stand in queue or wait for the completion of admission procedure. All the necessary forms and information will be given to you in your room. If you are visiting Apollo for the first time, you need to register. You will be issued a UHID number and a hospital record file.

Scheduling of appointments

You need to only confirm your arrival by giving us your arrival details well in advance. We will fix appointments for you accordingly before your arrival so that you need not wait for appointments. Our executives will guide you at every step and they will inform you about the appointments, concerned doctors, procedures etc.

Food & Beverage

We offer choices of cuisine to suit your tastes.

And what's more, we will also prepare your favourite dishes on your request.

We have interpreters in several languages to provide translation services to you.

Liaison with employers and insurance companies

We are recognized by many major Insurance companies. We will help you in fulfilling the formalities and necessary paper work for availing the Insurance Services. Multiple payment options

The hospital accepts payments through Credit Cards (Master, Visa or Amex), Wire Transfer and Foreign Currencies from international patients. Receipts will be issued for all payments made, and at the time of discharge an itemized bill will be presented. An online payment gateway is also available for select locations.

Travel related assistance

We help you in booking your tickets and make necessary travel arrangements. Local travel arrangements can be done for the patient and the attendants. We also provide detailed information on Visa and Passport formalities and our executives will help you in fulfilling the necessary formalities. We request you to carry the following documents with you when you come to our hospital for availing services.

-Your 'fitness to fly' certificate (if medically warranted).
-Copy/originals of all medical reports and medication details (if any)
-CD copies of any scans like X-ray/MRI/CT/ECHO (if any)

Tinaztepe Hospital aims to respond to your query within 48 hours. Depending on the nature of the medical help required, the response could include advice on medical procedure along with a quote or if the concerned doctor feels that he/she needs to know more or view recent reports, we will communicate to you accordingly.

Arrange travel

If you are traveling abroad for medical reasons for the first time, here are certain pointers to help you plan your journey better.

Ask your doctor if you are fit to travel overseas with your medical condition.
Once you decide to continue your treatment abroad, keep your local doctor informed so that you can continue your follow up treatment without a hitch. Check the credentials and experience of the doctor who will treat you. Find out about the procedure and compare your expectations with what's achievable by the surgery. Also enquire about follow-up care needed, time required for recovery, physical therapy, etc. Please note that in most cases the final decisions on your treatment will be made only after the doctor meets you and examines you in person. It is possible that your doctor, upon examining you, may decide you are not fit for surgery, or recommends treatment different from what you planned. Certain documents must always be with you. Ensure that you carry multiple copies of the same and keep the originals in a safe place when abroad. Records like X-Rays, MRI's, health histories, photographs, immunization records, prescriptions, and any other health records relevant to the surgery. Remember to carry all these medical reports and any medicines in your carry-on luggage. Passport and visa: You will need a passport for yourself and your travel companion (if any). Depending upon the country you are traveling from, you may or may not need a visa. Credit cards, debit cards and travelers checks: Bring some local currency, travelers checks and one or two major credit cards and debit cards. Carry your driver's license or any valid proof of identity and make sure it will remain valid while you're traveling.

Points to remember while you are at our hospital

Registration at Hospital: You are required to produce your passport at the registration counter to get registered at our hospital. The hospital will maintain a copy of your passport (Photo page and visa page) in your hospital record. This is mandatory and is based on the directives from the Government of Turkey.

Visa: If you are travelling on a medical visa, you are required to register at the Foreigners Regional Registration Office within 14 days of your arrival. The prescribed format for the same is available at the International Patients Service Desk

Payments: We accept all major credit cards like VISA, MASTER CARD, AMEX & CIRRUS . We also accept payment for In-patient services in the following currencies: USD, CAD, Euro, Pound Sterling, Omani Riyal, UAE Dirham, Kuwait Dinar, Saudi Riyal, Singapore Dollars etc. We also have a payment gateway on the website for select locations.
